An accomplished author and Fulbright Scholar with two doctorates, David has been known to delve into probability theory for fun—because why not bring a bit of 20th-century logic to 21st-century challenges?

With a BSc in International Business and certifications including Azure Data Scientist, Databricks Data Engineer, CISSP Associate, and CSPO, she balances technical expertise with business and data insight. “True innovation with data comes from putting people first and targeting results that make a difference,” she says. Silvia previously launched UBDS Digital's data services and led Kantar Public's global data team, delivering impactful AI solutions for clients like the ONS and EU Commission. As Chief Strategy Officer, Alex is the mastermind behind DATYM’s transformative initiatives, with a laser focus on data-driven insights and delivery at pace. With his knack for orchestrating growth through cutting-edge tech, M&A, and strategic partnerships, Alex is all about pushing the boundaries of digital transformation. “For me, strategy isn’t just about vision - it’s about delivering real impact,” he says. With over six years as a Chief Operating Officer across both public and private sectors, Sue is the steady hand guiding DATYM’s operations with strategic vision and a flair for transformation. Now Group COO at UBDS Group, she’s been known to manage teams of up to 500 people, juggle budgets reaching £55 million, and keep countless projects on track - without breaking a sweat. “I am here to make sure everything runs like clockwork,” Sue says. Passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and agility, she brings both structure and heart to her leadership. With experience in both public and private sectors, Kevin has a proven track record of building financial strategies that drive sustainable growth. With a background in Law and Psychology, Emma has over 25 years of experience in people-focused roles across London, Dubai, and South Africa. For 12 years, she served as the Chief People Officer for an IT consulting company in South Africa. Successfully established and led people-centric initiatives, overseeing the company’s growth from 40 to 250 full-time employees. Emma also brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having been involved in both acquiring other companies and being part of a leadership team during a company acquisition. Her primary focus in these engagements was ensuring the well-being and engagement of employees throughout the process. In her current role Emma is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience whilst aligning with the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
